Ceci est une question ouverte pour l'inspiration dans le travail (aca mon cv)
Hier vind je een open vraag naar 'inspiration, action (&) work '. Mijn cv als het ware.
This is my quest and cv called 'inspiration, action (&) work '.
Aqui se encuentra a mi accion y mi inspiracion.

INSPIRATION
I get energy from people and  to work with laughs and creativity on making things better. My preferred subjects are everything to do with culture and migrants: cultural diversity, community, integration, culture, urbanisation, skills training, labour and entrepreneurship

ACTION
Mission
To work on concrete actions which change towards good
To stimulate people, to learn with them
To (re)present the company, organisation (read: go out of the house)
To cooperate with other stakeholders
To share knowledge and information and use modern channels
To work in a team and autonomously at the same time
To travel on the job
To speak different languages
To be inspired by great people
To do field work

Skills and competences
I have a zest for people and organising. I am open and interested, eager to learn, decisive and creative. I work best autonomously in a team. I love working on concepts into a general project and making these concrete. My experience includes coaching and guidance within the organisation. I remember numbers easily. I have an entrepreneurial spirit. I love talking different languages. I travelled to Senegal, Rwanda, Bolivia, China...

March ’08 – present                        Mezcal vzw                          Voluntary coordinator
Organising the business of cultural projects. Mezcal vzw is an artistic hub that creates bridges between the Mexican (and Latin-American) and the Belgian culture. It started out with bringing the Mexican Fiesta de los Muertos to Belgium and doing something special with it. Last year, in 2009, we organised a big project called “The Nine Heavens of the Underworld” with state financing. This project confronts and melts different arts, culture, continents and traditions in a performance. I write subsidy plans, monitor the budget, carry out the business organisation and search for locations and interesting cooperation. (www.mezcalvzw.org)
